Privacy Policy
Last updated: SEPTEMBER 01, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information CasinoFold ("we", "us") processes when you visit casinofold.com, why we process it and what rights you have. We built this website as a simple informational resource, and we designed its data footprint to be as small as possible.
What we never collect
- We do not require registration and do not offer user accounts.
- We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or payment details.
- We do not accept bets or deposits, so no financial data ever reaches us.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Information processed automatically
Like virtually every website on the internet, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type and version, device category, operating system, pages requested, referring address, and the date and time of each request. These records are used only to keep the site secure and technically stable (for example, to detect attacks or diagnose errors), are stored in aggregated or pseudonymised form, and are deleted after a limited retention period.
We may also use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful — for example, how many visitors open the comparison table. Such analytics do not build individual profiles and cannot identify you.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. CasinoFold itself does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where strictly necessary technical cookies are used (for example, to remember a language or display preference), they do not track you across websites. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as fonts or analytics) may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies. You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will remain fully usable without them.
Third-party links
Our pages contain links to external websites, including casino operators and support organisations. Once you leave casinofold.com, the privacy practices of the destination site apply. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit before sharing any personal data with it.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the limited data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the law requires consent for a specific cookie or service, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Your rights
If you are located in the EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with comparable laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request its correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests will be resolved quickly. To exercise any right, contact us at support@casinofold.com.
Children
CasinoFold is intended exclusively for adults of legal gambling age. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or the law. The current version and its "last updated" date are always published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
